Return Policy explains return eligibility, refund timelines, and how to request a return.

● Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
● To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the eligibility requirements listed below.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:
● Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
● In the same condition received
● In the original packaging
● With all tags, seals, accessories, manuals, and protective packaging included
● Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty, hair, and personal-use items may only be
returned if they are unopened, unused, and with the original hygiene seal intact.

3. Non-Returnable ItemsThe

following items are generally not eligible for return:
● Used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged items
● Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, toppers, ponytails, or similar hair products
● Opened or used beauty tools, skincare devices, or personal-care devices
● Products with removed hygiene seals or protective packaging
● Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
● Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
● Gift cards or digital products
● Items returned without authorization
● Items returned after the return window has expired

This policy helps protect customer safety, hygiene standards, and product quality.

4. How to Request a Return

● Item or items you wish to return
● Reason for return
● Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without approval may not
be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was
damaged, defective, or incorrect.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Scream Beauty is not responsible for
return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return
is due to our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

● If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of

● Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping
label.
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the
issue and product availability.

7. Refund Processing

● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has
been approved.
● Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
● Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank,
card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your
